General Information:
Students enter the library and come to the "big rug" in front of the Smart Board.  Students are expected to sit criss cross with hands in their laps.  They are also expected to raise their hands to speak.  We learn how to be respectful of others, and how to give positive feedback.  We also learn how to use markers, keep the shelves neat, and how to check out books.  At the end of class, students are given a "smellie" (chapstick on the hand) if they have followed rules.  We also pick 4 students for bearbucks each class period (names are written down so we can be sure to take turns - as long as we earn them).

This week, we will read The Grouchy Ladybug and then write and illustrate times when we get grouchy.
